I recently inherited a property from my mother. It was a very difficult time and I wasn't really prepared to deal with renting the property on my own. I contacted Real Property Management and they did everything for me. They came to me, I didn't have to go to them. They hired all the contractors that needed to come in and clean the place up and make it rentable. They've kept me informed about every thing that's come up along the way. They've also been very attentive to the renters, taking care of any concerns they have and informing me in a very timely manner to take care of anything that needs to be taken care of. All contacts that have had to be made have been by e-mail and/or telephone calls, which is very convenient. They have a very good team of accommodating personnel and I would recommend them to anyone.

I transferred two properties to Real Property Management for them to manage a year ago and I am in the process of transferring a third this week. They have a good support group, they keep me well informed as to the status of my properties and tenants. Any problems are quickly resolved and I find RPM being proactive in maintaining my properties. The monthly financial reports and rent monies are transferred electronically and occur like clock work each month.
